Riding gear:

  • Motorcycle helmet (preferably motocross or dual sport type)
  • Backpack (Hydration type. min. 3 Litre)
  • Goggles (With spare lenses. Tinted and clear)
  • Ear plugs
  • Kidney belt
  • Riding Jacket (Enduro Style preferred. Not leather)
  • Riding pants
  • Riding boots  (Full length motocross type preferred)
  • Gloves (two pairs)
  • Riding jersey
  • Riding socks
  • Roost deflector or armour
  • Knee guards and elbow guards
  • Waterproof outer layer

Remember you are in riding gear all day so few other clothes are needed during the day (there are washing facilities along the route); space is minimal, so please keep it to a medium sports bag size (maximum 60cm x 30cm x 30cm  and 20kg weight), plus your normal Riding Gear.

NO GEAR BAGS OR HARD SUITCASES

We recommend you have an integrated hydration/backpack for day use with the items you need during the day carried with you, like camera, hat, sunscreen etc. as we don’t unpack/repack overnight bags during the day.
